- 1/2 Cup of oats (Bob's Red Mill Organic Rolled Oats)
- 1 Cup plain yogurt (Organic)
- 2 Tbs Non-fat milk
- 1/2 Cup Apple chopped
- 1/4 Cup raisins
- 1/4 Cup pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbs real maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
Mix everything except pecans and put in fridge overnight. Sprinkle with pecans when serving.
