my custom recipes - sambhar
sambhar powder
lentils
salt
chilli powder
onions tomatoes
fenugreek seeds - 1 tablespoon
mustard seeds - 1 tablespoon
cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon
curry leaves

turmeric powder - half tablespoon
a) boil lentils
b) add oil to pan.
c) all seeds into oil.
d) add hing and curry leaves.
e) add onions
f) add turmeric.
g) fry for a min or two
h) add garlic (optional)
i) add tomatoes and other veggies you like.
j) add a glass of water
k) add tamarind extract(optional) (if you add a lot of tomatoes, add 1 teaspoon only.)
l) let it boil for 5 mins or till veggies become soft.
m) add sambhar powder 1 or 2 tablespoons.
n) let it boil for 20 mins in a low-med flame.

a) add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,curry leaves along with oil.
b) boil green beans till soft.
c) add hing to oil and a little bit of turmeric (1 teaspoon each).
d) add the boiled french green beans.
e) add beans to pan and mix well.
f) switch off flame.
g) After a min, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of dissicated coconut.
