- Please include your topic when you message me; don't just say Hello. For more on effective messaging, refer to nohello.net.
- I take communication seriously and often silence all notifications to focus intensely. For urgent matters requiring immediate attention, follow these steps:
- Please be direct in your communications; I adhere to the nohello policy and appreciate straight-to-the-point conversations.
- I am meticulous about organization:
- Meetings should have an agenda and, if possible, pre-reads to ensure productivity.
- I expect meetings to end within the scheduled time; prolonged discussions need rescheduling.
- Punctuality is crucial for me; I arrive early to prepare and expect timely starts, with a 15-minute grace period for delays.
- Accountability is key; if you miss a meeting without a valid reason, I will follow up to understand the circumstances.
- I encourage video calls to enhance connection and communication, especially if you are not feeling well or are traveling.
- My values include honesty, kindness, straightforwardness, objectivity, openness, and responsibility. I welcome feedback and constructive criticism.
- Commitments are taken seriously; once I agree to something, you can trust it will be done. I do not require frequent reminders.
- I enjoy casual conversations and may not respond immediately if it's not urgent. Please be patient, and if I don't reply within two days, feel free to nudge me.
- While this might sound like a list of rules, I'm actually very flexible and open to discussing anything. Always eager for feedback to improve, don't hesitate to approach me with your thoughts 😄 — I promise, no hard feelings!
