Start with 'Default Notifications', change 'Sound set' to None.
Remove all notifications
Add 'Display a notification' to 'Message Received (Background Chat)'
and 'Message Received (Background Group Chat)'
Add 'Display a notification until dismissed' to 'Message Received
(initial)' and 'You are mentioned (Group Chat)'
