Build image:

docker build -t slate-engine .

Spawn container:

docker run -it --rm -p 4567:4567 \
    -v "$(pwd)/index.md:/usr/src/app/source/index.html.md" \
    -v "$(pwd)/includes:/usr/src/app/source/includes" slate-engine
