根据错误中的提示，打开链接https://github.com/emmetio/pyv8-binaries，然后下载你适合的版本如图：
打开插件目录 首选项 --浏览插件目录
新建文件夹PyV8，下载下来的文件解压，把里面的文件复制到新建的PyV8中，重启编辑器，OK!
