Last Night's Dream 4/18/13
I'm an explorer of some kind in a desolate landscape, might even be another planet. There's a large rock formation, big enough to be a plateau, in the shape of a skull (lengthwise). We've heard reports of people who occupied it's porous caves disappearing so naturally we decide to investigate and fly right into one of the eyes. We're in an abandoned room that's fairly barren except for some television equipment. I plug it in and try to get it working when the others come. They're non humanoid and almost look like a cross between stingrays and large insects. They take us prisoner and I manage to escape but they're watching me. They've taken the form of stars and they watch me everywhere I go but they don't act because I'm in a populated area now and they don't want anyone to know that they're here. At some point I manage to hitch a ride in a beat up car and I escape their gaze, but they will always be there in the sky watching us.

Last Night's Dream 4/22/13
The only thing I remember distinctly is eating a rat, but it was a very vivid image.I remember it tasted delicious and gamey but the idea of eating a rat was too much for me and I found it kind of disgusting. For some reason there was an egg where the lower intestine should have been.

Last Night's Dream 5/14/13
One of the most incredible dreams I've had.
We see a beached whale on the beach that is suffering. We're debating what to do. One of us suggests we let nature take its course and let the whale die. Perhaps the whale wants to die, otherwise why would it have wound up on the beach? Looking in the eye of the whale it seems clear that this whale does not want to die or continue to suffer. From nowhere a man comes who appears to be an expert on the situation and while we're debating what to do he immediately starts digging a trench from the ocean to the whale. Others join in and the canal extends to the base of the whale. The tide begins to come up and the trench fills with water, becoming a canal. At this point the whale is on the verge of death and we're worried its too late, but we manage to push the whale into the canal and continue to push the whale down the canal, which becomes slightly easier. The whale is having trouble breathing, so we take great care to make sure the blowhole isn't covered with sand. Fin

Last Night's Dream 5/8/13
I'm writing this a week after the fact but I figured it's worth recording. Occasionally I'll have a dream that clearly predicts the future. Like all dreams they are metaphors, but their meaning is incredibly clear and when I wake up I know exactly what they are trying to tell me with little ambiguity.
May 7th I spent the day looking through my pile of coins to see if there were any silver quarters (pre 1964) in the mix. I had no luck.
That night I had a dream that I found a coin collection in my house and every single coin was a valuable one. When I woke up from the dream I had the distinct feeling I would make some money that day. A stock I own the most shares of, Tesla, released their earnings report that evening and over the course of the next few days the value doubled.

Last Night's Dream 9/9/13
When I first began to fall asleep there was a man/spirit hovering over my body. He wanted to trade organs with me but I resisted because I assumed he was trying to take advantage of me and that my organs were in better shape than his. Also the thought occured to me that he might be dead. Before I realized this though, I think I traded my left lung away.
Considering I'm a smoker I really hope I don't have lung cancer. Maybe I would have had lung cancer, but because we traded left lungs the cancer is now gone.
In deep sleep, I had a seperate dream. I started out as an amnesiac in Colorado at a college. My grades were good but the classes were easy (this doesn't really factor into the rest of the dream, but it's a detail I remember so I write it down). A kind lady cop was nice enough to help me investigate my identity. All I had was a picture of a large modern wood colored house with a metal ww2 looking plane next to it on a snow covered ski mountain. There was a billboard in the picture, and by asking around

Last Night's Dream 10/29/13
I was in an airport trying to find my flight home with my friends and family. I walked with such confidence that no ticket agents stopped me to check my tickets even though they checked everyone I was with and slowed them down. Ahead of everyone else I rushed onto the plane I thought was ours and looked for my seat. It was an enormous and luxurious flight with many many rows and seats, but I was unable to find mine. Eventually I realized that this was not a flight home but a flight to a different city on the other side of the world. I began to panic and think that I was stuck on this plane or that I wouldn't get to the right one in time. Despite this anxiety I composed myself, focused on my breath and meditated. It was at this moment that I woke up in my bed in New York, at home without any worries.
When I realized I was awake I still felt remnants of the anxious thought pattern. It wanted me to go back to sleep and resolve the situation but I of course released it.

Last Night's Dream 11/22/13
I woke up in the middle of the night and meditated for 20 mins, following the instructions of my tibetan Dream Yoga book. When I went back to sleep I had the following dream:
I discovered a group of nonhuman entities living amongst us, occupying an apatment at the top floor of an old building. I was the only one who could see/identify them as such, everyone else in the world seemed oblivious. I told some friends and they seemed intrigued enough to come investigate, so we followed two of these nonhumans disguised as people into the apartment building and to the top floor. They tried to dodge us and play like they were normal, but I made it clear I saw straight through them and was going to persist in learning more about them. They stopped trying to dodge us and let us into the apartment to see their activities. They were performing a procedure on people to alter their brain/consciousness in some way, it had a very dark city feel to it. I initially perceived them as sinister, but begged to have this procedure

Historic Dream 1
The earliest significant dream that I can remember happened when I was in high school and running cross country. I was probably within a year of age 15 or so.
I was running on a trail in the woods when I came upon a lagoon. I was on a ledge and the lagoon was maybe 50 or so feet below me. In this lagoon was a beautiful woman with long black hair skinny dipping. She invited me in and I ran down, taking off my clothes, to meet her in this pool. We began kissing and making love and then she turned into a giant black water snake, and then into thousands of water snakes that swam off in all directions.
Black water snakes had been a recurring theme in my dreams from my early to mid adolescence.

Historic Dream 2
When I first went away to college at BU and lived with my then girlfriend Amy, I had two significant dreams that I remember. The first wasn't clear but there were a few things that have etched themselves in my memory. I remember looking over at my girlfriend Amy, who was a fish in the dream. Next to me there was a jackal/minotaur figure with the head of a bull or dear or some other beast. He was a deity of some sort and he told me that because of who I am I wouldn't find the same sense of happiness/satisfaction from a relationship that others do. I believe he showed me something about myself, possibly from a past life, that I have since forgotten. At first I thought I was being punished for a transgression in a past life, but I've come to believe that it's because my consciousness is more evolved.

Historic Dream 3
In another dream that I had when I was in college and in bed with my then girlfriend Amy, our bed was a hospital bed. We were having sex and next to us was a sick girl who doctors were trying to save. For some reason she had chains around her arms, legs, and neck. She died and began to decay. Te doctors carted her bed off and her head fell onto one of the posts of our bed, looking straight at us. We weren't scared, and decided to use the opportunity to talk to this representation of death itself. Amy asked the head "what's my name?" to which the head responded "Amy". When it talked it's mouth would move but the sounds were not audible, rather we could hear them telepathically. I asked the head the same question, "What's my name" and the head responded "Everyone calls you will but your real name is ______". It was a word of at least 6 syllables which I now assume was sanskrit. It began with either "Nava" or "Vana".
