Duck Street Tacos

  1. Soak in milk for 2-3 hours

  2. Marinade in olive oil and balsamic vinegar (equal parts), garlic powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes

  3. Sear each side, cooking for 1-3 minutes

  4. Dice and serve on warm corn tortillas with normal street taco fixings
