Group Expectations

Group Member Names: Riley, Sergey, and Ken

Project Manager: Ken

Defining the Relationship (DTR) Questions:

  1. When are group members available to work together? 8:30-11:30 and here turing. M-S,S. What hours can each group member work individually? All hours. Are there any personal time commitments that need to be discussed? Ken can't do 4:30 to 8:30.

  2. What does each group member hope to get out of the project? Riley wants better with AR, Sergey wants to more expereience working remotely. Ken wants to learn all this new material.

  3. How will group members communicate? How often will communication happen, and how will open lines of communication be maintained? Screenhero, Slack, phone/text(sergey 646-251-6149, Riley 432-213-0136, Ken 303-321-7797, and in person

  4. What is expected of group members when they run into problems implementing a feature? We expect people to speak up earlier and the team to work together.

  5. Is there anything else the group should know about personal work/communication styles? We like to talk all the time.
