Guiding Questions to Define The Relationship:
What are your learning goals for this project? What drives us in this project?
JC: getting back oin the pairing mode, avoiding just completing a project without Tyler.
Tyler: I just want to learn how to make a website! And catch up with the rest of the class.
What is your collaboration style? How do you feel about pair programming vs. divide-and-conquer approaches?
JC: I'm very, very team oriented. Prefer to pair-program, but if time constraints apply, divide-and-conquer needs to happen.
Tyler: I prefer to work with
How do you communicate best? How do you appreciate receiving communication from others?
JC: Direct, honest communicator, but there's two types: Informing, and direction. Informing is my first approach, but if necessary direction.
Tyler: Treat people the way you would like to be treated.
How would you describe your work style?
JC: Works at a very fast pace, usually multitasking. Lots of times would like to just put headphones on and crank out code.
Tyler: Lax.
What are your strengths? How can our strengths complement each other?
JC: Think/process problems very quickly, visual learner. Good at explaining concepts.

JC:
Tyler: To learn and reenforce all of this code.

JC: Communication, timely communication, finishing the project.

At least 2 hours after school, starting at 4:30.

Frequent. 8:30am check-in every morning.

All areas need to be improved on

create mockup, break down who does what pieces.

all work done in branches, with all pull requests done in github.
