# Strengths & Storytelling Reflection
* Look at your initial StrengthsFinder reflection that you completed in week 1 -- how have your perceptions of the top 5 themes stayed the same? How have they changed?
Looking at them now actually brings me a bit of a negative perception. While they are undeniably positive strengths to have, not one of them seems to concentrate on ensuring my own success in life. They all seem like they're geared towards relationships and those arond me. I honestly wish I could have a few more inward pointing strengths, such as stretegic or motivated.
* How are you different today than when you first started at Turing? How are you stronger now than on day 1? How have you struggled?
I think that I'm absolutely different from the start of Turing, even if just a little bit. I'm trying incredibly hard to develop a different perception of myself and the things I do. I want to be able to work as hard for myself as any of my peers. It's just the beginning, but the more I do it, the easier it becomes. I hope.
* Considering how you describe these themes, how do you want others to see you as you continue to progress through Turing?
I want to be percieved as a motivated and confident student that anybody would be thrilled to work with. I would LOVE to be among the students very strong in what we're learning,
* Even though your Turing story isn't finished yet, what do you envision for your development in future mods? How will this story end?
I envision a difficult, highly rewarding process of both learning code and personal growth. Turing could be something that teaches me not just front end development, but also a deeply personal change in the way I percieve myself. I'm going to try my hardest to make sure of that as my ending.
* Finally, write a draft of your story here. This is a short paragraph, 4-6 sentences, describing who you are, why you came to Turing, and what you hope to accomplish while you're here:
I would describe myself as a uniquely smart and freindly guy, someone who works hard to make sure eveyone around is happy and content. I had high difficulty in deciding a path for myself, figuring out what I wanted to do. When I heard about turing, it seemed like a serious opportunity. I came to turing with one goal in mind: to finally begin a career to be proud of. I haven't been using my particular strengths/abilities for much of anything, and was mostly unhappy because of it. I'm going to change all of that at turing, and ensure that I myself am happy and content.
