Install / use ipmitool with CoreOS

core@localhost ~ $ sudo modprobe ipmi_si ipmi_devintf
core@localhost ~ $ toolbox --bind=/dev/ipmi0
[root@localhost ~]# dnf install ipmitool
[root@localhost ~]# ipmitool chassis power status
