添加orvibo s20 wifi插座

方法1：

switch:
  - platform: orvibo

重启hass，成功，可以在前端直接操作switch状态。
但显示设备名为unnamed，不好。

方法2：

switch:
  - platform: orvibo
    discovery: false
    switches:
      - host: IP_ADDRESS    <----- 查看路由器连接信息可得
        mac: MA:CA:DD:RE:SS:00     <----- 查看路由器连接信息可得
        name: "My Socket"     <----- 可随意指定

重启hass，成功！
