prompt

I'm brainstorming an idea for a productivity application that utilizes AI/ML (i.e. ChatGPT or other LLMs) to help as an email and task management assistant. The main task this system would perform is to attach to a user's email account(s) to scan for things that need to be processed.

It should be able to perform the following tasks, but not be limited to only those. The following tasks should serve as a baseline and an example of the type of work to be done. From there, I'd like you to extrapolate from those ideas, other similar tasks that the LLM should be able to perform based on what you know about LLMs.

I'd like to have a product summary, description, and synopsis written about the features and some marketing copy as well as some copy for a pitch deck.

Example Tasks:

  • Scans for email newsletters, exports the body of the email newsletter and outputs in the user's preferred format, the default being markdown that matches the formatting of the original HTML email. If the email is text, take liberty to highlight, bold, strikethrough, italicize, and format as MathML/LaTex where appropriate. If the email is not formatted, give the option of both a formatted and non-formatted version. The user should be able to export the newsletter to their platform of choice, such as Git repo, Notion, Evernote, and other similar platforms.
  • Scans for necessary signatures. The user's tax professional, CPA, or other legal counsel may at times email the recipient tax forms or other legal forms that need to be signed and returned. The system should be able to prepare the signed document so the recipient can simply approve the document to be sent and the reply message text. The user should be able to request changes and should be re-prompted to approve once changes have been made. Once approved, the signed document should be attached and sent to the recipient.
  • Email To Self: the user should be able to email themselves. It could be websites they like, social media profiles they admire, YouTube videos they intend to watch, PDF documents they'd like to read, courses they'd like to take, etc.

I'd also like some ideas for names.
