If you miss Monday and notice it at say, 4am, then, take the dosage and record it for the previous day. If you notice on say, Wednesday, forget about that injection and look forward to the next one.

- When Injecting Twice a Week, You'll be injecting 84 hours apart.
Twice per week; same distance apart (
168hours per week total =>168/2 = 84); so, your first injection of the week can be on any day you choose; the next injection will be 84 hours after and so forth). Example, if you inject on wednesday at 8am, your second injection of the week is scheduled for saturday at 8pm.
