See how you compare to other applicants

Goal: See how you rank

  • At the bottom of a job listing, you can see how you compare to other applicants, the total number of applicants for the jobs, and an aggregated view of applicants' seniority, education level, and locations.
  • Review the most common applicant skills section to see which skills you have and where you may have gaps.
  • Just below applicant insights, you'll see company insights, which shows you data and insights on the company's latest hiring trends, candidates with similar backgrounds to you and more.
  • Click "See more premium insights" to view additional insights on the company, including employee distribution and headcount growth by function, new hire trends, notable company alumni, and total job openings by function. This lets you quickly visualize the health of the company and understand where the company has been investing their headcount.
