I really only need to clear $30K, but $72K means I can put a good chunk in the company and pay myself well

  • 3mo deliverable (((150 * 40) * 4) * 3) = $72K
  • Setup a C Corp between your company and mine for the application, I take care of being the CTO
  • You become an investor
  • (intagibles) We will build demo environments, containers, IaC, contribute to open-source work
  • It's mostly hands off; we'll come up with a product we think the world might benefit from having, of course, we'll happily accept your feedback and suggestions, if we like your suggestions, we might go with that with our own flavor; however, we might go completely our own way but use your suggestions as inspiration while building something completely novel. We won't compete with you. We'll take your feedback seriously. We want are interested in long-term relationships; we will only build products and services that you feel proud to be associated with. This is the point of the partnership. So you trust that you do have a major say-so in what we build; otherwise, it's not really a demo is it? It's just a product that happens to use your API, but isn't really married to it.
