  3. (21) Perfect Pushups
  4. 30-45m Walk (Sunlight Exposure, headphones: audiobook/podcast)
  5. Connect Bluetooth; Play Music
  6. Make bed
  7. Drink more Water
  8. Protein Smoothie
  9. Check bank & investment accounts
  10. Review Schedule for today
  11. Review e-mail for:
(a) items that need to be added to calendar
(b) bills to be paid and pay them
  12. Update daily to-accomplish checklist
  13. Elbow plank (90s)
  14. Brush teeth, Floss & Shave
  15. Drink more Water
  16. (30) Perfect Pushups
  17. Shower (2-4m cold)
  18. Tea (Ginger)
  19. Start Work Day (make quick wins)

Afternoon

  1. Drink more Water (urine now clear)
  2. (30) Perfect Pushups
  3. Cycle (headphones: audiobook/podcast)
  4. Drink more Water
  5. Comida
  6. Nap
  7. Reply to Linkedin Inbox

Evening

  1. Full muscle builder workout
  2. Comida

  4. Tea (Chamomile)

When I follow this, it means, I've gotten more than enough sleep, I'm up at a time where I can accomplish the entire day, in a morning, then, still, if I want to sleep or nap or think or walk, I can.
