You might be inclined to dismiss having muscles as unneccessary or shallow or superficial. It's OK, many people have been duped into believing this. In fact, many people WANT to believe that fit people do not have much else to offer besides their appearance. This couldn't be further from the truth.

Most women love muscle. Not all women; but, most likely, the type of women you're hoping to be able to attract, likes muscle. Especially, if you're hoping to keep a woman interested long-term, you're going to want muscle.

Motivation

Understandably, it can be daunting to look up at such an endeavor as building muscle, especially when starting from scratch; however, it's easier than most people think. It's all about incremental progress. Steady progress is the ultimate motivator. You don't have to get it all at once. You just have to be better than yesterday.

The mind trick

You don't have to do it all at once... You don't have to build it all at once. Build it in increments. You don't have to overdo it. You do need to build in some consistency of routine though.

Start easy. Start building just your biceps first. You'll get the most bang (pun intended) for your buck there. You'll thank me later. When you go on a date with a new señorita and she touches your biceps and sighs lustfully, you'll be happy you started building your body. You won't be able to get that sigh out of your head. It will motivate you to continue and to start building other parts of your body.

You don't have to do it all at once.
