We’re rolling out a few updates to Codex today:

1. Codex access for ChatGPT Plus users

   ↳ Codex is now available to Plus users  
   ↳ Includes generous usage limits (subject to rate limits during high demand)

2. Top requested feature: Internet access during task execution

   ↳ Codex can now access the internet to:
     - Install base dependencies
     - Run external tests
     - Upgrade/install packages

3. Internet access is off by default

   ↳ Can be enabled when creating/editing an environment  
   ↳ Full control over domains and HTTP methods

4. Internet access availability

   ↳ Available to Plus, Pro, and Team users  
   ↳ Enterprise support coming soon

5. Usability updates

   - Following up on a task updates the **existing PR** (no new PR created)
