CRC-SC guest account

This guide will explain your initial setup for your crc-sc account, based on your personal email address. Please follow those steps:

1. You will receive an invitation in your email inbox (check for Spam).

   The title of hte email should be Yann Armand invited you to access applications within their organization

2. click the link accept invitation from the email

Setup of your guest acount

1. The link is getting you to Microsoft 365 to create the account

2. 1st you will be ask to send a code to verify your email address

3. wait for the code in your email inbox (check for spam)

   the email should be titled: Your Stanwood Camano Community Resource Center account verification code

4. enter the code in your browser

5. click the sign in button

6. accept the requeted permission for the CRC org to read your account infos

1. ignore any other info aftert this page. Do not close the browser
2. visit our document library by clicking hte following link:

Board Of Ddirectors

This should let you in, or ask you again a code sent by email before letting you access to the Board of Directors files.

Setup authentication method (Optional for faster login)

1. within the document library, on the top right of your window, locate the circle with your initials in it. Click it.

1. select "my account"

1. in the left navigation, select "Security Infos"

1. select "add a signing method"

1. Select "Phone"

1. Enter your phone number and click "next (bottom right)

1. enter the code you received on your phone and click next. Ignoe Any error message

1. reload the current page in your browser
2. you should be able to see the new security method via phone
