Codeching

Codeching is a new coding curriculum developed by the people behind 'Offcourse', 'Coding the Humanities' and 'Bit'. Codeching brings together two groups of people that need each other. Entrepreneurs looking for developers, and developers looking for a interesting jobs.

The way we connect these two groups is by teaching them how to code. The format consists out of 5 bi-weekly sessions. Each sessions consists out of two parts. The mornings will be devoted to advancing the skills of the developers. They will be taught new languages and advanced topics. In the afternoon, the entrepreneurs will join. They will be taught basic coding skills by the developers - i.e. coached -that are directly applicable to their jobs. Through this format, both groups will become more aware of each others domain and the problems that they want or need to solve.

Codeching is free for the developers. Entrepreneurs pay 1000 euro for the course. If, and only if, an entrepreneur decides to hire one of the developers. Code
