This is great but this assumes .NET is already enabled on the workstation. On a clean Windows install, I got stuck on Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName IIS-NetFxExtensibility with the following error:

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0xC004000D): One or several parent features are disabled so current feature can not be enabled.

@asuh : You need to run these statements before you run the statement for IIS-NetFxExtensibility:

Add-WindowsFeature NET-Framework-45-ASPNET
Add-WindowsFeature NET-HTTP-Activation

After a .Net Framework install, ofcourse!

Me personally, am getting this error when I run Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName IIS-ASPNET

Hi Guys, if the statement for IIS-NetFxExtensibility doesn't work , use this(It Works Fine for me, also for IIS-ASPNET):
Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName IIS-NetFxExtensibility -All
The command -All, enables all the father's features of the selected featurename.

Windows Home does not include IIS capabilities. You will need Windows Pro.
