  Lead/follow concepts --- connection, frame, posture
  Some social dancing concepts --- move transitions
  8-count moves: swingout, swingout from closed, lindy circle, swingout turns (free spin, outside, inside)
  6-count moves: tuck turn, right-side pass (inside turn), send out, bring in


Classes:
1 - demo, talk, history
     go over frame, posture, pulse, weight changes
     footwork, moving linear and rotational
goal: swingout from closed
bonus: swingout

2 - split leads/follows and go over footwork (leads) and object in motion (follows)
goal: swingout, lindy circle
bonus: swingout variation (free spin)

3 - swingout drills, fundamentals
goal: swingout variations (free spin, outside turn, inside turn)
bonus: more variations (extra turns)

4 - linking moves
     6-count moves, passes
goal: tuck turn, right-side pass (inside turn), send out, bring in
bonus: right-side no-turn pass
