Havn't write this diary for a long time, and time has changed everything. First of all, C++ is no longer my language, I managed to switch to Visual Basic because I finally realized that I want to become a professional database programmer or maybe an administrator. I've place an order of a VB book and it's coming soon. Somehow I got the urge of wanting to buy a laptop computer, I will start saving some money and maybe get a job. OT: I earned $75 yesterday night. Cousin returned from work(again).

It's been a long time, a lot of things have happened. I bought 2 C++ books by accident, (Visual C++ and C++ in 21 days) Right now I'm gonna concentrate on MFC for VC++. I found out that it's very easy to make Windows programs with MFC, if I can handle it well, I might have to study it for a few years, maybe now I will want to become a professional windows developer. I don't know about game programming anymore, it seems too hard, you have to learn about math and other complicated stuff.Anyways, my passion for programming is still running high. OT: I earned $43 last Saturday. It's getting cold.

School starts in about 4 days. Before summer vacation, I made a decision that I needed to learn about programming more in the summer, and now it's the end, I can say that I did learn pretty much. BTW My bid of the c++ book on ebay was outbidded and it was sold to another guy, right now I couldn't find anyone else who wants to sell that book. For now, I'll have to rely on my e-book in the computer. I decided to go to work on saturdays and maybe I can earn some tips while I do some delivery.I could use the money to buy new clothes and maybe a brand new c++ book and other stuff.

Big news, I placed an order on eBay of "Sam teaches you c++ in 21 days" two nights ago. Now I can read and learn c++ when I'm bored without opening the computer. OT: I shave my beard today. Bought two shirts.

Well, for the past two days I've been learning how to write and read file information from a text file, writing to file is easy, but it took me a while to learn reading files, but I think I got the hang of it. Today, Moving on to the next tutorial.

Not much to say except that I started the diary. I went to GameCoding UK today and found out that the Pac-Man competition is going to end soon, I read some posts on their forum and found out that many people are almost done with their projects, gosh how I wish I could start my own big project! I guess I should start working hard on the tutorials I downloaded from gametutorial.com
