  • 3 liter jar
  • Fresh [[Dill]]
  • [[Horse radish leaves]] (foraged)
  • Two bulbs of [[Garlic]]
  • Tiny [[Cucumbers]]
  • 100g salt
  • [[Current]] leaves

instructions

  • rinse horse radish
  • rinse cucumbers
  • soak cucumbers for 2 hrs in cold water
  • put horse radish, dill, and garlic at the bottom of the jar
  • stuff with cucumbers
  • fill with cucumbers
