こういう投票結果の時、 B の方が投票数は多いけど、腑に落ちないよね？

nagoya の大量の票、 1 人の人が IP を変えながら投票したのかもしれない。
そうでなく単に地域的に同じ回答をするユーザが多かったのかもしれない…。

IP じゃなく Twitter アカウントでも同様。
悪意あるユーザが大量に作ったアカウントだったらどーするよ。
