「Visual C++ 2010 Express 」の「Web インストール (ダウンロード)」をダウンロード。
ダウンロードした「vc_web.exe」を実行。インストーラーに従ってインストールを進める。
Microsoft Silverlight　と　Microsoft SQL server　は不要。
インストール後、
Microsoft Update を充てる
