<p>Powered by the open SeeClickFix service request platform, <strong>Fix! It Taylor</strong> allows you to choose from a variety of categories, including:

<p>City staff respond to service requests during regular weekday operating hours. If this report comes in on a holiday, weekend or after-hours, it will be read on the next business day. PLEASE NOTE: <strong>Fix! It Taylor</strong> is not for emergencies. For urgent matters that require immediate attention or a police response, please call 9-1-1.</p>
<p>Once you have submitted a report, you will receive a notification acknowledging your service request. You can then use this self-serve platform to check on the status of the issue at anytime, or provide additional information or comments. Finally, once the work is complete or the issue has been resolved, you will be notified again.</p>
