<p>Help report non-emergency problems to Howard County from your smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer! Using <strong>Tell HoCo</strong>, you can make service requests such as:</p>
<ul>
	<li>potholes
	<li>graffiti
	<li>damaged street signs
	<li>abandoned vehicles
	<li>streetlight outages
	<li>traffic signals
	<li>parking violations
	<li>sidewalk issues
	<li>snow and ice removal
	<li>park issues
</ul>
<p>You have the option to attach a photo or video with each service request, to help better communicate the problem.</p>
<p>Our staff responds to these requests during regular business hours. If this report comes in on a holiday, weekend or after-hours, it will be read on the next business day. PLEASE NOTE: <strong>Tell HoCo</strong> is not to be used for emergencies. For urgent matters that require immediate attention or a police response, call 9-1-1.</p>

		The interactive widget above allows you to make service requests, and well as discover existing problems that have been reported, from your desktop computer. To report an issue:
		<ol>
			<li>Select the <strong>Report</strong> tab.
			<li>Drag the map marker to the location of your issue, or type in the address directly. 
			<li>Click <em>Next</em>.
			<li>Choose a service request <strong>Category</strong> from the drop-down menu that matches your issue.
			<li>Enter a <strong>Title</strong> (required), additional <strong>Description</strong> (optional), and attach an <strong>Image</strong> (optional).
			<li>Click <em>Submit</em>.
