Run this in your Terminal:
ln -s /usr/local/opt/readline/lib/libreadline.7.0.dylib /usr/local/opt/readline/lib/libreadline.6.dylib
And then run you rails c
again. It should work.
If above doesn't work, try this:
ln -s /usr/local/opt/readline/lib/libreadline.8.0.dylib /usr/local/opt/readline/lib/libreadline.7.dylib

I need to use
ln -s /usr/local/opt/readline/lib/libreadline.8.1.dylib /usr/local/opt/readline/lib/libreadline.7.dylib
