libmozjs doesn't exist in 10.04 so you need xulrunner
Then:
./configure --prefix= --with-js-lib=/usr/lib/xulrunner-devel-1.9.2.6/lib --with-js-include=/usr/lib/xulrunner-devel-1.9.2.6/include
