Using a Intel® Desktop Board DH67BL which has the BIOS version BLH6710H.86A.0125.2011.0705.1517, as checked when booted into Windows 10 using Legacy mode:

C:\Users\mr_halfword\Downloads\Windows_FWUpg_41xxx_2.11.14\x64>wmic bios get smbiosbiosversion
SMBIOSBIOSVersion
BLH6710H.86A.0125.2011.0705.1517

Intel have discontinued support for this board, and removed the BIOS updates on their website for the board.

On the wayback machine found BIOS Update [BLH6710H.86A] which has BIOS version 0163 from 10/23/2018

The BL0163.bio file was copied to a USB stick. Rebooted and selected F7 to perform a BIOS update. Selected the BL0163.bio, and the BIOS was updated successfully.

And Windows confirmed the BIOS version had been updated:

C:\Users\mr_halfword>wmic bios get smbiosbiosversion
SMBIOSBIOSVersion
BLH6710H.86A.0163.2018.1023.1559

It also worked on the previous BIOS version BL6710H.86A.0146.2011.1227.1631.

Note, if your current bios is less than 0132, you have to upgrade to 0132 first or it will brick

I've just updated from 0086 -> 0163 for DH67BL and did not brick.

Release notes has warning for unsupported downgrade:
BIOS version 0151 includes support for 3rd Generation Intel® Core™ processors. Due to structural changes in this BIOS version, once a board has been converted to this version or later, it will no longer be possible to downgrade the BIOS to version 0132 or earlier. Attempting a BIOS downgrade to a previous version may fail – the board BIOS will remain at its current version.

was confused then, not all boards revisions of dh67bl support 0151+ especially 0076

Worked fine.
A double reboot with holding black screen was a bit long and full of suspense.

0076 & 0132 versions are available in the download page to avoid any brick, that's good. 👍
