Pitch

A site that allows people to discover holidays that are related to different countries, cultures and groups of people

Problem

How many times have you seen a holiday on your calendar that you had NO IDEA what it was? How often have you heard that someone you know was celebrating a holiday you didn’t even know existed? Most people would like to know more about what holidays exist, why they exist and what is being celebrated or remembered

- Not a ton. I’ve tried to be comfortable with who I am and how I’m different. I’m slowly starting to not really care what other people think about me.
How have your strengths helped you in that process?
By being able to confirm the positive things about who I am and why it’s OK to be who I am.

How did you prepare for the conversation?
- Thinking about what each team member had accomplished and where everyone contributed their own individual strengths to the project. 
How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult?
- The conversation was easy to have because the team was really great. I was regretful about not being able to participate and learn more due to some personal responsibilities and a computer problem that stole 3 days of project time from me. 
What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation?
- Not a lot of coaching.
Lots of appreciation.

What project management strategies did you use in your projects this module? -Agile most of the time. Working in small iterations allowed for more frequent changes and fixes to be made. It also allowed good time to collaborate and stay focused as a team be regularly communicationg and planning each section of work to be done.

What went well?

Almost everythin. I was fortunate to work with good people.

What would you do differently next time?

I can give no reason to at this point. We had excelent work flow.

	We held our feedback session on 08/25/2017

	My team did amazing work. At no point was there a feeling of contention or anyone contributing insignificantly. We all shared a lot of laughs and learned a lot of things together.
	Our Git workflow became stronger, as did our use of project management tools.
	I would work with this team again in a heartbeat, if given the opportunity. I enjoyed each and every one of them
