How have you changed since you started at Turing?
- Not a ton. I’ve tried to be comfortable with who I am and how I’m different. I’m slowly starting to not really care what other people think about me.

How have your strengths helped you in that process?
- By being able to confirm the positive things about who I am and why it’s OK to be who I am.

How do you feel like you have used your strengths when you’ve paired with others?
- I try to make sure everybody feels included. I try to contribute ideas that are exciting to the whole team. I try to validate others and be open to learning from others.

How could you utilize these strengths more?
- At the current moment, I’m not sure. I think I’m doing pretty good work but I always learn something new as time progresses.

What gets in your way or keeps you from fully using your strengths?
- My coding skill (or lack thereof, sometimes)

What do you want to get better at by the end of Mod 2?
- Being able to write a simple and complete Rails app on my own without any help.
- Including
- Setting up Spec
- Setting up database cleaner for testing
- Writing good tests
- Excellent usage of MVC
- Ability to do the bare essentials easily and by heart

What things do you want to do in mod 3?
- Be able to add new tools to what I’ve already learned
- Start looking for jobs that require the same skills I possess
- Fine tune skills that would make me more employable
- Start looking for a job
