1. Download it from MediaFire
2. Open a CMD as Admin and paste taskkill /f /im NLClientApp.exe and net stop nlsvc
3. Move the .dll to C:\Program Files\Locktime Software\NetLimiter and rename it to NetLimiter.dll
4. paste on the CMD net start nlsvc
5. Enjoy!
