If you want to run the game from shortcut and not from DxWnd:
Create a shortcut to DxWnd, open properties and add
/R:nafterdxwnd.exe, wherenis index of your game entry in DxWnd. I have only one game there so the index is 1 and my shortcut target ends withdxwnd.exe /R:1. In compatibility tab set it to run as admin and you're done!
