DeepXP ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the DeepXP mobile application (the "App").
DeepXP is designed as an offline-first productivity tool. The core functionality of the App operates primarily on your device using local storage.
- Offline Data: Session logs, streaks, experience points (XP), timers, and focus parameters are stored locally on your device by default.
- Account Data: If you choose to enable cloud syncing, we may use third-party services such as Firebase Authentication to manage your account. This may require an email address or a linked Google account strictly for synchronization across your devices.
- Custom Audio: Any custom audio files you upload for ambient noise are stored on your device's local storage or local database unless explicitly synced by a future cloud feature.
DeepXP does not contain third-party advertising and does not use advertising identifiers for ad targeting. We do not sell your personal data.
We may collect crash reports and basic usage analytics to improve app stability, reliability, and performance. This information may include device type, operating system version, app version, and diagnostic information. We use this information only for debugging, maintenance, and improving the DeepXP experience.
DeepXP may use third-party services that help operate core app functionality. These may include:
- Google Play Services
- Firebase Authentication
- Firebase Analytics
- Firestore or other cloud sync/storage services, if enabled
These third-party services may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
- Local-only data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the App, or clear app storage.
- Account-linked cloud data, if sync is enabled, may be retained for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide synchronization and related functionality.
- Certain technical logs or records may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate operational purposes.
If you have created an account in DeepXP and would like your account and associated cloud-stored data deleted, you may request deletion by sending an email to aafaq.in@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
Your deletion request should include:
- your DeepXP account email address
- a clear subject line such as "Delete My DeepXP Account"
Upon verifying your request, we will delete your account and associated cloud-stored personal data within a reasonable period, subject to any legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational retention requirements.
Data stored only on your device, such as offline logs, streaks, XP, timers, and custom audio files, may not be accessible to us and may need to be deleted directly by you by:
- deleting the data inside the app, if such option is available
- uninstalling the app
- clearing the app's storage from your device settings
We may retain limited data where required for:
- legal compliance
- dispute resolution
- enforcing our agreements
- security and fraud prevention
We value your trust in providing us with your information. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect data, including secure transport layers (such as HTTPS) for cloud communications where applicable. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure.
DeepXP is not intended for children under 13 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the app listing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
