Fix SVG in `<img>` tags not scaling in IE9, IE10, IE11

IE9, IE10, and IE11 don't properly scale SVG files added with img tags when viewBox, width and height attributes are specified. View this codepen on the different browsers.

Image heights will not scale when the images are inside containers narrower than image widths. This can be resolved in 2 ways.

Use `sed` in bash to remove width and height attributes in SVG files

As per this answer on Stackoverflow, the issue can be resolved by removing just the width and height attributes.

Vim without NERD tree or CtrlP

I used to use NERD tree for quite a while, then switched to CtrlP for something a little more lightweight. My setup now includes zero file browser or tree view, and instead uses native Vim fuzzy search and auto-directory switching.

Fuzzy Search

There is a super sweet feature in Vim whereby you can fuzzy find your files using **/*, e.g.:

:vs **/*<partial file name><Tab>

How to test NVDA screen reader behaviour on a Mac:

Download Microsoft Edge VM from https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/vms/
Download Virtualbox and import the Edge VM image.

Then in the VM:

Install guest addons in the VM
Download & install latest NVDA from nvaccess.org
Download & install SharpKeys and use it to map left an alternative key (eg. Left Ctrl) to the Insert key. This is needed because Macs do not typically have an “Insert” key which is the prefix for many NVDA commands.

	This script is used with TaskPaper to provide better start and due date support, as well as support for repeating tasks.
	The script searches for @due and @start tags, converts their values to standard date code values,
	then adds the appropriate "diff" tag whose value indicates how far away the due or start date is (negative = past, 0 = today).
	Any tasks with a @repeat tag that are done are edited to remove the done tag and have their due tags updated.
