There is two source files in this Gist: 01-in-5lines.css and 02-in-1lines.css.
The only diff betwen those two files is the number of blank lines between the TOC and the first comment. There is 5 lines in 01-in-5lines.css and 1 line in 02-in-1lines.css

The result is that every classes, comments, etc. are separated with the number of lines between TOC and first comment.

01-in-5lines.css ➡️ [01-out-5lines.css]
