It was the time for new year and I bought new Echo dot for my girlfriend. | |
Everything was good for 1 month but when she got new job and she moved to CA and tried to connect echo dot again with Wi-Fi. | |
She got the error message 12:2:15:10:1. | |
I search on google then I found this web page related to echo erros. If anybody familiar with this error then please give suggestion. | |
I also tried contacting Amazon Echo helpline and they ask us to restart router, echo device | |
Even they ask us connect echo device with guest WiFi account but seems to work. |
