@anthony-wang googlehosted.l.googleusercontent.com is a false positve

@anthony-wang redirector.gvt1.com is used by e.g. Firefox to update some of its components (specifically, the widevine-cdm plugin to enable playback of DRM-content). I suggest removing this entry.

@anthony-wang 127.0.0.1 open.spotify.com blocks the entire web version of spotify! For me it works fine without it in the list.
