This is priceless, a spammer asking for his spam comment to be removed after being penalised by Google.

Subject: Link Removal Request From Your Site
Hi Aral | |
Some time ago one of my colleagues will have commented on your blog on
the link provided below leaving behind a comment and a link back to
our website. We have had an unnatural links warning from Google and
need to try to have all links that aren't related to our own site
removed as soon as possible.
It would be very much appreciated if you could remove the following
links as soon as possible which are located on the following page
http://aralbalkan.com/2530/ :
Nice article, it does look impressive with the scanning technology. I
think if songs were barcoded and officially blocked on certain apple
players if they were not official then the masses probably would turn
to other mp3 players and it might not be the best move for Apple as a
result. We often scan documents with barcodes and it is quite
straightforward to match these up with reference numbers. Though they
may make a little more revenue from itunes they would probably lose
out on hardware sales. by craig cartwright on 2010-10-01 16:01:33
I'd like to thank you for accepting the comment in the first place and
thank you for your time in removing the link. We always commented on
sites with meaning and not just to get a link back so thanks again for
accepting it onto your site.
Kindest regards | |

Dear Steve,
Thank you for getting in touch and for your kind words about my site.
I’m a big fan of Pearl Scan and was honoured when your colleague took
the time to leave a comment on my blog with a helpful link to your
document scanning business. I am sure that the link has been of
tremendous use to the countless people who have read my post on the
App Store review process. In fact, I believe that the link is of such
great value to my readers that it would be a terrible loss to remove
it.
Are you sure you would like me to remove the link? I really don’t want
to disappoint my readers by depriving them of such a useful resource.
Please let me know how you’d like me to proceed.
Your scan fan,
Aral
