Scanwell Support

Scanwell is a privacy-first PDF scanner for iPhone and iPad. It provides multi-page scanning, on-device OCR, document organization, editing, searchable PDF export, receipt CSV export, and optional private iCloud synchronization.

Get help

For support, email cahitbeyaz@outlook.com with:

  • A short description of the issue
  • Your iPhone or iPad model
  • Your iOS or iPadOS version
  • The steps that reproduce the problem

Do not include sensitive scanned documents. Scanwell also offers an explicit diagnostics export in Settings when technical details are needed.

Common questions

Where are my documents stored?

Documents are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, they are stored in your private CloudKit database.

Does Scanwell require an account?

No. Scanwell has no account or sign-in system.

How do I restore Premium?

Open Settings, choose Upgrade to Premium, then use Restore Purchases.

How do I export a scan?

Open the document and use the Share button to export a searchable PDF, document images, or supported structured data such as receipt CSV.
