I solved it like this:

1. Find what the variable has stored $LD_LIBRARY_PATH

echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH

Example result:

/usr/local/lib:/usr/local/lib64:/opt/glibc-2.18

2. Remove the following:

:/opt/glibc-2.18

It would look like this (for example):

/usr/local/lib:/usr/local/lib64

3. Save it to variable $LD_LIBRARY_PATH

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib:/usr/local/lib64

the source url is ineffective, replace it with https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/glibc/glibc-2.18.tar.gz

I solved it like this:

If all commands fails after adding new glibc in LD_LIBRARY_PATH, simply try
unset $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
