WORK HISTORY
20013-Present Co-Founder, Make Queens Safer. This organization works closely with elected officials, advocacy groups, and the media to promote pedestrian safety in the Borough of Queens, by creating information for the public, hosting events and being involved in media campaigns.
2008-Present Bike Sweep, Bike the Big Apple. The company provides Bike tours around New York City. As a sweep, I ensured rider safety by keeping track of all riders, as well as providing information and answering tourist questions about riding in New York.
2003-2008 Meeting Producer, Video Editor, OMI Business Communications
Involved in all aspects of production coordination for large scale internal Corporate meetings, both in New York and in other cities around the US. Edited training videos and corporate presentations for DVD and web distribution. Experienced on Avid Adrenaline with Unity storage system. Won Telly Award for US Foodservice Katrina Response.

OMI does meeting staging & planning, and also post-production for middle and large corporations; its biggest clients are in the financial and consulting fields.

Worked for the Federal Government in disaster assistance in New York. Interacted with various relief agencies to assist affected people in finding the help they needed. Responsible for daily and weekly written reports.

Assisted chief editor on national accounts including Victoria’s Secret, AT&T, and Revlon, which included all aspects of project prep including labeling elements, logging and digitizing Attended online sessions and assisted in cutting spots for air. Intense agency interaction.
