    • Training Tatyana on current state
    • Architecting database schema and front end (specifications)
      • refactoring of how results are represented
    • designing API for bridge to current MySQLdb to enable incremental change
  2. working to refine custom taxonomic designations and integrate with NCBI tax hierarchy
