Good first review label

Goals

  • Make it easier for new contributors to start reviewing PRs

How?

  • Complexity level low, tentative small change
  • Detailed description of the PR background if needed
  • General instructions/hints on how to test/reproduce

Examples

  • A newly added RPC that can be easily manually tested
  • A PR that only adds new functional test converage since these tend to be self-documenting
  • A documentation change that can be verified to be correct with manual testing
