- Aug 9 - Got a calendar event titled "ER Connect". This was where they mentioned that I had to choose between PIP or Severance.
- Aug 11 - Deadline for signing Acceptance. Signed and accepted the package a few minutes before the deadline.
- Aug 19 - Official last day of work. Lose access to workplace, email, office buildings.
- Sep 2 - Last day I'll be on payroll (so technically still employed)
- 3 months Base + unused PTO
- 6 months COBRA, fully paid by company, until March 31, 2023
- 6 months Career Placement Services
- HRBP Scheduled a 1:1 on my last day, Aug 19 at around 11am to talk about my package.
- I lost access almost 5-10 mins after my talk with HRBP. It's a good thing I scheduled 1:1's with my teammates and said my goodbyes before then.
- I will remain on payroll until Sep. 2 even though my official last day is Aug 19. Gives me an additional 14 days if I were on a visa but I'm on a GC now so non issue.
- Box will be shipped to me to get all my test devices and computers.
