Below are plist files for Apple Watch to Enable ECG, Atrial Fibrillation(IRNF), Sleep Apnea Notify. No AfiB History. After a lot of testing by the people in the comments, it looks like only ECG will work.
So just replace the first three files:

has anyone tried with 26.4.1? I tried AnyGo and u3tools to change location, tried to switch off mobile network and changed the store location, but no success.
I also tried to put this PLIST files using iMazing editable backup. No result so far!
